Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all products and services provided by XKEYX.

🔹 Digital Products (Activation Keys & Licenses)


Due to the nature of digital products:


Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged after delivery.


The only exception is if the product is defective or not working.



In such cases, customers must contact support and provide valid proof for review.

🔹 Physical Products (Electronic Products)


Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:


The product must be in excellent condition and free from any damage.


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.



If the product is:


Defective


Or not functioning properly



Then:


The return will be accepted free of charge.


XKEYX will cover all return shipping costs.



If the customer requests an exchange:


The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

🔹 Digital Services (Web Development – Programming – Custom Work)


After the order has been delivered and approved by the customer, refunds are not allowed.


If the customer cancels the order while work is in progress:


The cost will be calculated based on completed work.


Example: If 20% of the work has been completed, XKEYX is entitled to keep 20% of the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
