Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all products and services provided by XKEYX.


🔹 Digital Products (Digital Licenses)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged after delivery.

  • The only exception is if the product is defective or not working.

In such cases:

  • Customers must contact support.

  • Valid proof must be provided for review and verification.


🔹 Physical Products (Electronic Products)

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in excellent condition and free from any damage.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is:

  • Defective, or

  • Not functioning properly

Then:

  • The return will be accepted free of charge.

  • XKEYX will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If the customer requests an exchange, the customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.


🔹 Digital Services

(Web Development – Programming – Custom Work)

  • Once the service has been delivered and approved by the customer, refunds are not allowed.

  • If the customer cancels the order while work is in progress:

    • The cost will be calculated based on the percentage of completed work.

Example:
If 20% of the work has been completed, XKEYX is entitled to retain 20% of the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.


🔹 Policy Enforcement

XKEYX reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that violates this policy.
